Cary’s Creations specializes in custom cakes of all kinds. We are not like the common bakery that bakes cakes and sits them out for people to purchase. All our work is customized to your specific request. Because of the custom nature of our business, we book up very quickly. We encourage you to book early and call to see if your date is available.

Cake Pricing:

There are so many different factors that determine the final cost of a cake. Design, flavor, and the number of people to feed are just a few. This information is only a guide. Final price will be given at the time you place your order.

 

When placing an order for a special occasion cake please use the following steps:

 

1. Call or email first to see if your date is available. If the date is available then fill out my short quote form.
2. Consultations are available on Wedding Cake orders of 75 or more servings.
3. Since we price our cakes by the serving we will need to know how many people you need to feed.
4. Many cake designs have a minimum order requirement.
5. Choose a design from our gallery or select your own theme for your cake design.
6. Choose a flavor at the bottom of this page.
7. Since we are a custom bakery, Your cake will be unique to you.
8. All cake orders must be placed online.
9. All cake orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total cake order at the time the order is placed to reserve your date. A return e-mail confirmation is required on all cakes orders.

Wedding Cake Prices:

Your cake ingredient costs are minimal, time and design variations are the most costly factors in determining the final price of your Wedding and Groom’s Cake(s). This is why we highly recommend setting up a FREE consultation. (No consultation offered on orders of 75 or less servings.) Bookings are made on a first come, first pay basis. Your date is not reserved until we have received a deposit from you.
There is a minimum $125.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your wedding cakes. Payment in full is required 30 days before your event. Final deposit amount depends on the total amount of your wedding cake contract.
A $50.00 delivery and setup fee will be charged on all wedding cakes within a 25 mile radius of downtown Fort Worth. All other delivery and set up fees will be figured based on mileage.

Grooms Cake Prices:

 

A Grooms cake can range from a simple sheet cake up to an elaborate sculpted cake. A price can only be given once a design has been decided upon.

Tiered Fondant Cake Prices:

 

Tiered Fondant iced cake prices start at $5.00 per serving with a minimum order of $60.00 regardless of number servings.


Same design – Buttercream iced start at $5.00 per serving.​

Our STANDARD SIZED cupcake prices are as follows:
Standard size just iced start at: $3 each or $36.00 per dozen Minimum order 1 dozen. 

Standard size iced with Dots, Stars, Sprinkles, etc. start at: $3.50 each or $42.00 per dozen. Minimum order 1 Dozen.

Standard size: Custom design prices start at: $4.50 each or $54.00 per dozen Minimum order 1 dozen.
